The Youth Development Program (YDP) is a community resource portal designed to support positive, strengths-based learning and skill-development opportunities for youth who are unable to access the resources necessary for such opportunities.

Learning/Skill Development opportunities may include, for example, art, music, dance, or martial arts lessons, vocational apprenticeships, organized team sports and recreation, academic tutoring, camps, allowance-based behavior plans, and more.

The basic avenue of support in the YDP is the community-family sponsorship, in which children and families are linked with local sponsors, such as businesses, churches, and philanthropists who provide financial and volunteer support for learning/skill development opportunities.
